I had an appointment set up with iCracked within 5 minutes of inquiring. Bob came to our house as planned, just outside of Saratoga Springs, and he was courteous and thorough. He even quoted $ 10 less than the estimate received on the phone. HIGHLY recommend. We got to stay home on a cold evening and have our phone repaired right here at home.
