Best Carpet

We needed carpeting for a 12′ x 12′ area, and were going to check out three carpeting stores along Hwy 100. We went to Best Carpet first and they had a 12′ x 15′ remnant in stock. No need to look further (or so we thought), they had the size and color that was close enough that we could use. It was after the carpet was installed that we found out there wasn’t any warranty for the carpeting because it was a remnant «in stock.»
We’re actually happy with the carpet, no issues there, but we would have likely checked out the other two stores before making a purchase if we knew we were getting carpeting without a warranty.
Best Carpet is probably a fine company; they did a nice job with the carpet, and we would still recommend them, but the warranty issue for us was a bit disappointing.

After several disappointing trips to carpet stores, I asked my new neighbor if she had someone to recommend for carpet. She recommended I talk to Sam at Best Carpet. It was a great buying experience. Sam was easy to talk to and knowledgable. He directed me to the best carpet for our budget. His price was less then all the competition for similar quality. He came to our house the next day to measure. Installation was a breeze and the carpet is perfect.
Best Carpet might not be a name brand nor have a fancy huge showroom, but Best Carpet delivers an excellent product, for a fair price with personal attention.

Installation unsatisfactory; patterned carpet installed crooked. Installer damaged walls; store owner refused to compensate for damage. Was condescending and dismissive; obviously uninterested in retaining a long-​time customer.
