I highly recommend NEVER returning to this FedEx location and moving your business elsewhere. Multiple people have been towed from their parking lot within 10 – 15 minutes of being parked there – some even illegally because they did not verify that the vehicle owners were doing legitimate business in the shopping plaza where it’s contained.
The staff at this FedEx is aware of the problem and even possibly scouting for the towing company. They were rude, unhelpful, and completely unsympathetic to young female college students suddenly finding themselves without a car and having to find their own way to a towing company’s location in a very dangerous neighborhood.
Multiple formal complaints have been and are continuing to be lodged with the area’s Better Business Bureau. Legal action may even be taken. In the meantime, I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere because the people who work in this FedEx certainly do not deserve it.

It’s okay for a FedEx place. Sometimes parking is a pain in the ass, but that goes with being on Tate Street. The people are helpful. I had to send three packages and they were very helpful. All three went to separate places and one was shipped on a different carrier than FedEx, but we had no trouble getting that done.
As an added bonus there’s a convenience store next door that you can walk over to to pick up some beer if you need it.
FedEx also has copy machines and computers that can be rented. Yay!
