Pizza Hut

The pizza is good. However, if the customer service I am receiving isn’t up to par, that could ruin the food. I’m my case that is exactly what happened. I can care less if you have too many orders coming in, when people are paying their money you should always treat them with respect and kindness. At the end of the day your customers is the reason your establishment stays open. This was my second and last chance given to this Pizza Hut. I had a prior not so pleasant encounter with one of the managers. It was completely uncalled for. Like I said though the pizza was good, especially the cheese sticks. If you can stand getting spoken to any type of way, enjoy!

People on the phone and at the register have decent customer service (no problems there). But the pizza itself was horrible. I’m a pretty forgiving foodie but they’ve gotten my order wrong 3 out of 3 of the times I’ve given them a chance. Barely any cheese on my cheese lovers pizza, the sauce was wrong, crust was wrong, and the toppings maybe covered abt 20% of the pizzas so they looked skimpy and dry… do yourself a favor and go to another Pizza Hut!

Terrible disappointment. The interior of the restaurant is worn out and looks bad. My booth had a seat that dipped below the frame because the springs are shot. It’s like that even before you sit down. I wanted to move but it looked like they are all the same way. The seat backs are also flat with all the cushion gone. The fabric is matted and stained beyond belief. I believe they clean the place but its so worn out it looks awful.
The waitress was friendly and attentive. The personal pan pizza was good but hard to enjoy in the dingy interior. The iced tea was not good. I should have sent it back and gotten something else but opted to bust not drink it. That was a mistake because an iced tea costs $ 2.50, not uncommon now days. Overall I was very disappointed and won’t be back here again.

We ordered (delivery) a fully loaded vegetarian pizza on Sunday. We also ordered cheese sticks and garlic bread.
The pizza was delicious and the crust was good.
