US Post Office

One of the worse, post offices around. Got a pick up slip, and yet the post office is closed on Saturdays. The sad part is, both of my parents was home all day Friday… They want the cost of a stamps to go up, to go along with less work effort. This is why no one ships with USPS. Just bad business.

I selected two stars because I’ve definitely experienced better. I’m only one person out of thousands in this city and millions in this country, however I’ve experienced incorrect scans about 5 times + in an 18 month period. My packages were supposed to be delivery and according to the website they were ‘Out For Delivery’, however I would look out of the window and see the carrier delivering my mail, but no packages. Twice, I’ve had to go the next home and ask the carrier to check for my package. They would of course, apologize that they overlooked my package. And about three + times I’ve just let them continue on their route and later see a notice on my package that they knocked on the door or I wasn’t home, some excuse to cover themselves. This is very unfortunate that this has occurred several times and that it hasn’t been corrected. I’ve called and spoken with a Supervisor at this located as well and they informed me that they would contact the carrier. That’s it. If it’s not a holiday or weather issue, I only want to receive my paid packages as they’ve promised, especially when I pay extra for overnight or 2-​day delivery. It’s very disappointing. I don’t think that is too much to ask for. It is a reflection of how they their profession as I’ve never experienced this before at two other locations I’ve lived previously. :-(This alone is enough to make me excited about moving.
