For the price and the location its good. You do feel safe as well as your belongings. They do not accept cards over the phone without third party verification. They run your name for a sex offender. If you smoke in the wrong area youll get $ 259 fine. Their «dish pack» might be fine but everything here is, «well for $ 40 you can have…» They adverise simple as part of their slogan. Theres nothing simple about this place. Its annoying. I will stay here in the future though.

Everyone looking for a low price alternative, there are better options that also take pets. For just a little more, you can stay at a Quality Inn that gives FREE internet, FREE breakfast, a pool and a much bigger room. I had a very unpleasant incident where I didn’t realize I wasn’t allowed to have pets and when they called me at noon that day while I was working, the manager didn’t tell me I needed to make other arrangements by that evening to move out. When I returned home from work that same day, they had me locked out of the room and my two cats and all my belongings inside. The manager refused to let me stay the night, it was completely unacceptable, irrational, and not a company I would ever want to do business with again.

We have recently relocated to Greenville from Northern Virginia. We needed a long term hotel until our house is ready. We tried three hotels and finally found this one. The price is right and the rooms are great! The neighborhood is not the best but this hotel is tucked away from the rest. The security of the building is fantastic. The manager is wonderful! I am thanking God I called her! For the first night here I can sleep knowing that my kids are safe and our room is incredibly clean! I recommend this hotel to anyone with a family that needs short term housing. The fridge is huge and there is a two burner stove, microwave, and sink. The room looks like the typical hotels we spend around $ 120 a night on. Given the amount of time we need to be here those hotels are not an option on our budget This was a great find!
