I’m giving a one star and I haven’t even been there yet. From the looks of the reviews, I may need to see if I can get a refund from Groupon. I bought a Groupon in the last few days and called to make an appt. The woman I spoke to told me the first time slot is a month from now. The Groupon expires shortly after. Also, they are still selling this Groupon so I imagine if you buy the Groupon next week, you might be SOL since they don’t have the capacity to honor these Groupons. The woman on the phone was very unhelpful. She apologized but clearly didn’t understand or care about customer service. It’s outrageous that I spent $ 200+ on a Groupon for a place that can’t even get me in until the Groupon is almost at the expiration date. I think I’ll see if I can get a refund from Groupon. If you bought a Groupon, I would recommend also raising a complaint with them so they are aware that DTC Botox is unable to honor their Groupons.

This place does not uphold customer service standards. 40 minutes after my appointment time, the dr. decided he would not honor my Groupon after they had to cancel my original apt. due to a scheduling issue on their end. The dr. Wouldn’t even come out and speak to me, after his employees made the original mistake. I was not given a refund or any resolution, I now have to take this up with the BBB to get my issue resolved, an issue DTC Botox originally caused due to their inability to do their jobs. No customer service, no honesty, you cannot trust what they say, they do not uphold their word. The waiting room was packed with individuals who had to wait over half an hour passed their scheduled apt. When their office makes a mistake, it is on the consumer to prove the mistake that the office said they would fix.

Very Professional front desk. The nurse that administered my Botox was excellent. No bruising!!! And I tend to bruise being light eyed and fair haired. It IS inconvenient that you can only use the Groupon for one facial area, but since I am a repeat offender (Botox user), I don’t mind going back because they have a chart on me and know what I need.

Horrible customer service. 2d appt to fix the poor Botox from first visit and again have to wait over half hour after appt time and 35 minutes after they ask you to show up. 5 people who showed up after patients are called first. Same thing on both appts. Theye just say sorry and nothing else.

If you’re reading this please take note… do not use this Groupon deal at DTC. I read the reviews but ignored them because I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but this time, I wish I’d «listened». I bought the Groupon with the understanding that I could do my usual 25 units in my forehead and maybe a few more around my eyes; sounded like the best Groupon deal EVER! WRONG!
The office was clean enough, the receptionist was nice enough, no complaints there. Until we started to talk about the «area» on which I was going to use the Groupon. I didnt check the area because I wanted to ask the person administering my Botox. Just as I thought, the Groupon was good for one area. Please keep in mind that according to DTC, your face is not an «area» You’re forehead, your eyes your eyebrows, your mouth, those are areas. The Groupon is good for one area. Wow really 40 units in one area? Yes because then you HAVE to come back.
Needless to say, I went directly to my car and called Groupon and was refunded. Worst practice ever if your business is in the «Groupon game»!!

About two weeks after getting botox from the nurse there, I had a vein pop and turn my eye completely black. Looked like I got punched in the eye. Another nurse said she believed it was from the this nurse hitting a vein and weakening it causes it to burst. I had many tests so I know it was this procedure that was poorly done. DO NOT GO THERE FOR BOTOX. I have gotten botox many times and I could kick myself for going to this place because a groupon was available. It’s not worth it. My eye looked horrible for over a week and I still have a thick vein over my eyebrow.

I purchased 40 units of Botox from this business through Groupon. The fine print indicated «one area,» which I considered to be the face (as opposed to the multiple other areas you can get Botox on your body) however when I got there they explained it was one area of the face (crows feet, in between eyes, OR forehead). So in order to redeem the coupon I would have to go back over multiple visits to even use it. I indicated this was misleading and they said that other people have had this same issue and they have requested the manager change the wording, but he said it is fine as is (even though it has obviously been confusing to multiple people), and that I should request my money back from Groupon. Groupon was good enough to refund my money, however this does not make up for the time wasted and frustration of having to deal with a business that misleads customers. I do not recommend doing business with them, nor will I ever step foot in their establishment again.
