A friend introduced me to Yan years ago when I was looking to buy and I used him to buy a house. It was a great experience.
Since that time I’ve met and married my wife and we moved into her house. I rented out this house since the market died in Denver within a year of moving in and it was worth way less than I paid for it. Fast forward 6 years and here we are.
The renters I had were disgusting and did a lot of bad stuff to the house. Yan has contacts and was able to help me get great guys in really quick for quotes on new carpet and paint. Yan and I literally did a walk thru on the 1st of the month and the painters were out painting the next day.
At Yan’s suggestion we put a «coming soon» sign up a couple weeks before the renter’s moved out and Yan was so great that the second the painters were done (AND before the new carpet and appliances were in!) AND before we even got officially listed, we already had 2 offers in.
I’d recommend Yan and Landmark in a heartbeat.
