DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment because of traffic and I had to fill out new paperwork even though I’ve been going to this office for YEARS. Because the office forgot to inform me that new paperwork was needed when I scheduled the appointment, they made me wait for the next available appointment, in case the next patient arrived. The doctor sat in her office doing NOTHING, with 15 minutes until the next patient was scheduled to arrive, meaning there would’ve been plenty of time to start my simple exam and only be about 5 minutes late for the next appointment. Also, I was quoted a specific cash price over the phone and then asked to pay DOUBLE upon arrival to the office for a simple contact exam. The staff is unprofessional, irresponsible, and rude. Complete waste of 2 hours of my day.

I would never go here again. Because we were 5 minutes late and we didn’t have paperwork filled out (they never mentioned doing this prior to our appt… or I would have) they made us wait until after the next appt. They also quoted us one price and tried to double it when we got there. We would have only made the next person wait 5 minutes, and she walked in and didn’t have her paperwork filled out. What the heck! The office staff is rude!

Loved the optometrists. Not impressed at all with the staff. After months of going in my daughter’s glasses still don’t fit right. My 9 month old frames broke and when I went in they told me they would only help someone who had purchased their warranty. When I asked about the manufacturer’s warranty all three of them gave me blank stares. I contacted the manufacturer who directed me back to One Hour. I wish the staff was on par with the optometrists. Probably will no longer shop there.

I was in a double-twist of bad-luck!
Not only had my toddler son broken my primary & backup pair of glasses… my neighborhood optometrist (Dove Valley) had totally messed up the new prescription to replace them.
I made an appointment to see Dr. Liz at One Hour-Greenwood Village… not only did she get my prescription zeroed in correctly, Ms. Liz (at the front desk) was able to get a pair [no anti-glare] ordered that was ready for me to pick up that evening from the Colorado Blvd location.
These ladies got it right, the first time! Thank you so much!
I drive a truck for a living, so my livelihood depends on having good glasses. But not even ‘a hunk like me’ looks good in glasses held together with paper clips and scotch tape!
Good service… like good glasses… makes life so much nicer!
