The FIRST question I asked the staff when I called a month prior to what was supposed to be my first appointment was «Do you take Blue Cross Blue Shield?» They replied in the affirmative. Took time off of work and went in for my appointment, only to be told by the receptionist that they are, in fact, out-​of-​network. Waste of time.

We’ve been going to Dr. Sievers for years. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s great with kids, he’s wonderful about pain control, and his work stands the test of time. He and his staff are friendly and gracious. I can honestly say I no longer dread trips for dental work.
One example of how outstanding Dr. Sievers is: It was a Saturday morning, we were all packed to go on a lengthy vacation, and — dental emergency! Dr. Sievers opened his closed office that morning to take care of me. He didn’t even charge; he said it would be taken care of in the regular price when he made the fix permanent after I returned. Fantastic and caring service from a genuine human being.
