Wendy’s

They close early. If you close at 11:30, don’t close at 11:25, that’s not the way to run a business. Food has been horrible the last couple times anyways.

Sabrina at this location will have me returning for business. Although we waited awhile (not anyone’s fault, a bus of special needs customers were sorting out what they wanted to order), when we got to the counter to order Sabrina was incredibly nice and made the process faster. Great customer service and a clean location.

Not the best Wendy’s I have been to. I like Wendy’s chili most of all but at this store they serve it from near the top of the pot vs the bottom. You get the picture, lots of juice but not much substance that gives their chili that rich and meaty flavor. This was my first and last visit to this Wendy’s.

Yes, I’m Unilocaling a review for Wendy’s. Don’t judge. After a morning of running around with my hair on fire I knew lunch would have to be fast and inhaled at my desk. I popped into the drive through and ordered a side Caesar & drink. I’ve had Wendy’s C-​salads before and they are good but that girl Wendy has kicked it up a notch. Shaved Parmesan cheese not grated, super fresh romaine, croutons worthy of the name and a surprising new lemon garlic Caesar dressing. Whaaaaat? Dang that salad was good. But seriously 5 stars for a Wendy’s? Yep. I ordered, I picked it up, the window people were fast, friendly & cute, and I was at back at my desk in no time wondering when did it happen that Wendy’s got so good.

It’s a Wendy’s that has a great location for visibility however it’s not the most convenient location for getting in and out of. My trip was through the drive through and they handed me out the wrong order, which I understand it happens so I’m not holding that against them. I view mistakes as an opportunity for a business to surprise and delight. I noticed this mistake as I pulled forward so I took the mistake inside and the staff was very quick to acknowledge me as someone who should not be at the counter holding a Wendy’s bag. I was approached almost immediately by a server and also by who I took to be a manager. Within seconds I had my correct order and was on my way. That was all great however one thing did slightly bother me. Way back when I did some time as an assistant manager at a fast food chain I stressed the importance of throwing returned items straight into the nearest waste bin which I kept in an area that from the counter the customer could see the food was not going to be served. I was sure to inform the manager that I had my hand in that bag and he said «no problem» then took the bag I was returning and placed it on the counter next to the drive through window. I didn’t stick around to see if it was served out to the correct car or not and it very likely did make its way to the waste bin. However I have just enough doubt in my mind that I will likely not return as there are other options in the area.

I don’t know what it is exactly about this place, but they have the propensity to perpetually forget something each time I order here. It’s either missing my sauces, napkins, utensils, or straw. Of course it’s foolish of me to simply never check before I drive off. But no more! The trust is gone and once it’s gone it’s gone forever! I’ve been betrayed and hurt one too many times!

I was served raw meat and given attitude when I asked for my money back.

It’s Wendy’s. There’s nothing special about it. The food is consistent with other Wendy’s locations. The service is fast here. However, there is only a register or two, so the line can get backed up, plus there isn’t much room to get the customers their food if people are waiting there in line.
The fries weren’t as good as at other Wendy’s locations. However, I asked for no mayo & no tomato and I didn’t get either, so that is a big plus.

I ordered a Number 2 with cheese and asked that it be plain. I usually have not had an issue here, but today I got a ½ pound burger with everything on it. Am now eating my lunch with just meat and some of the cheese that I could save since I had to toss the whole top bun.

There are Wendy’s branches everywhere but this is the main one I frequent since it’s cerca de mi barrio.
The restaurant is clean, the service is quick, my food is hot and correct (since I always have some variations), and the workers are efficient enough.

Wow, I don’t know where to begin. I like Wendy’s but this location is one of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been to. They are often overtly rude, I’ve been blankly stared at through the glass and ignored, managers have lied for their rude, obnoxious employees, and the food is horrible. Cold, chewy, and just plane disgusting. Avoid this Wendy’s, there are plenty of other choices around. I’m saddened I can’t give zero stars.
