Janay is amazing! I just moved to Denver and have been through 2 stylists and colorists. Finally I found the salon I want. She knew exactly what I wanted. She is wonderful and Salon Zoe is so friendly and nice. I am so thrilled I found them and Janay.

Wonderful experience! My hair has never behaved this well before! My stylist was named Malibu I just want to give her 2 Thumbs Way Way up! When she was done with me I looked like a rockstar! Amazing

I have been having my hair colored and cut here for over 10 years. Casey, Lauren, Brandi and Renee have always listened to me and given me what I asked for. When I wanted a change in color, and I wasn’t happy with the first or second outcome, they happily collaborated until it was exactly what I wanted and weren’t bothered about doing so. Zoe, Joe and Diane at the front desk are always kind and welcoming. This is a very professional and personable salon.

I have tried this place for six months for hair cuts and color with the same hair stylist. It has been bothering me and I have never changed the feeling about it. Each time I have done my hair cut or hair color, my hair stylist has never dried my hair. She says that she would charge me with extra cost. She charges me with salon price and she never even dries her client’s hair? I am not sure…

This salon is wonderful. It’s an Aveda salon and it seems that they hire some of the best stylists. I have had great feedback about Nichole from my friend and I go to Teresa. She is an amazing stylist. I can say this w/​confidence because I am also a licensed cosmetologist. She is very professional, uplifting and really good w/​color and cuts. I am super picky about my hair and don’t know that I could trust anyone else. I hope she plans to stay there, doing hair for a long time. The staff here is very friendly and give great service! Teresa’s cuts are quite expensive but I have decided that it’s well worth it! TERESA, TERESA, TERESA, you are awesome!!!

My mom has had zoe fix her hair for at least a decade. And she has undoubtedly done a phenomenal job. That being said, she often runs more than 30min behind schedule without calling clients who will be affected therefore leaving them to wait in a less than relaxing waiting area. She double… no triple… perhaps quadruple books forcing my mom to spend 4hrs (this after she has waited for at least 30 minutes past her appointment time) at the salon. It s a loud salon so if you want a private peaceful experience this is not the place. But her hair looks good so she kept coming back… though ihave finally convinced her to give another place a try.
For my own experience… once I had a great one! Once. But that marvelous stylist left the salon and zoe would not share where she went. So I tried someone new. «Please dont texturize my hair, «I said. She then took thinning shears to my crowning glory and proceeded to rip, yes RIP, chunks of hair out while the shampoo (and stylist in training) boy looked on with horrified dismay. I nearly cried from the pain and actually cried when I got home and looked at how my once bouncy hair had transformed into a limp, thin mop upon my head. It took a year for my hair to recover. 3 years later the only evidence of ths tearful experience is a feeling of dread and an icy shiver whenever I happen to glance at a pair of tortuous thinning shears.
It really is lovely if your stylist can follow a simple request. Unfortunately, i’m unwilling to give the stylists at this salon another try.
Side note: I did have a great waxing experience here. This review ONLY reflects the salon experience.

SInce June 2010 I have been recieving accupuncture from the wonderful and amazing Linda Machol, l.a.c. I really love how personable she is and how wonderful I feel after every treatment. It amazes me how much knowledge she has with everything in the wellness industry! I never question anything when Linda gives me a treatment because the results have always been and are always fantastic. Ok imagine a million bucks, ok so now imagine feeling like a million bucks :) Thats what happens when you see Linda. I recieve light rejuvination therapy on my face and accupuncture for health benefits. I can feel and see the difference after just one treatment of both. So what are you waiting for? Come see the best there is. you can find her in the salon Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays :)

I have been coming here to get my hair done for over 10 years. My mother always went here before she moved out of town as well. The staff is extremely well educated and I have never had a bad experience…
Teresa is a wonderful stylist (she has been there for many years) and I don’t go anywhere else for my highlights. I have tried other salons and had many disappointing experiences (I am very picky about my hair). I’ve never had a anything but the best cuts as well (Chris is good as well). The staff is always friendly and helpful. They use the best products and my hair is extremely healthy, even with highlighting it and styling it. This is a high end salon and they are never pretentious, getting your hair done should be relaxing and it is here.
I have not had a massage here, but I have had a facial and hand massages, which were excellent. The spa area in the back is relaxing and very quiet.
I would never hesitate in sending anyone here.

It’s hard to rate a place that specializes in relaxation negatively, especially when I went to this salon because of a very nice gift certificate that my work gave me after an insane week of work.
I had a hard time picking out the right amount of stars for this place because of the vast difference of experience between each specialist, so I will elaborate on each service.
I got a mani/​pedi last Monday and it was pretty standard fare. I can’t remember the woman’s name. She was cordial, but not overly friendly. Did her job and then I was on my way. I’m fairly certain I could get a mani/​pedi like that at any salon that offers them.
On Saturday, I went for the remainder of the services, a 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial.
The massage was the worst massage I have ever had in my entire life. The massage therapist, Zhanna, talked through the only relaxing part of the massage about how I should eat warm food at least once a day, then once she quieted down, I noticed that her hands were so dry, it was like she was raking my back with fish scales. And she was using massage oil.
Also, I have a very high pain tolerance, but she was pressing so hard that there were times when I couldn’t even breath from the pain. I would wince and ask her to go a little softer and her response was, «Then how am I going to get these knots out?»
She reminded me of my ex mother –in-​law, by putting a condescending laugh right before saying, «Interesting,» when she asked about some of my tattoos and I explained them.
Basically, I sat through an hour of physical torture and mental judgement. It’s Monday and my skin is still raw and it hurts to have shower water run on my back.
The ONLY saving grace of this salon was Aesthetician, Jessica, who was FANTASTIC! I got a one hour facial from her and she was great. She was calm and explained everything that she was doing and I also got a MUCH more relaxing hand and arm massage from her. I would actually really recommend making an appointment with her, but this salon isn’t really worth going to for anything else.
