Terrible unwelcoming customer service, it’s absolutely confusing the way they sell their items, and the pricing is a rip off. I have lived in Greenwood since 1999, and I’m shocked that these people are still in business. I hear the same story from everybody that I know who’s ever gone in there to shop. Go to Beads Unlimited in Whiteland, they are much nicer and their prices are reasonable. If you can’t find anything there, shop on the Internet and save yourself the disrespect, humiliation and grief by avoiding going to Bead Palace.

I have to give at least two stars for incredible selection and a relatively large discounted section.
Unfortunately too much of their merchandise is wildly overpriced, and customer service left a lot to desire. After spending ten minutes in the store, no one had greeted me or asked if I needed help finding something.
I left after deciding there are probably other shops around Indianapolis that would better appreciate my business for a much smaller price tag.
