This was the most utterly disgusting extended stay complex that I have ever experienced. Their washers work but dryers were garbage. The female management nataki was a rude and complete joke. Their cleaning staff is almost nonexistent and when they do surface they half clean. It made me wonder why they even advertise cleaning weekly. I had to bleach everything prior to staying in the place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that cares about cleanliness or safety. Their furniture had burns and I don’t smoke. I’ve included pics as proof and as a reference.

We stayed here for one week when our AC went out in our new house and the repairman couldn’t come for four days. We were in room 247, which is on the second floor at the end of the longest hallway. I’ve divided the good and the bad up for an easy review! THEGOOD: –Staff was very friendly and helpful –Rooms were clean upon arrival and after maid came to room –Air conditioner and heater work very well –Room was as described –Very affordable, even for those on a budget –Close to fast food and gas station. Both are within walking distance –Weekly housekeeping THEBAD: –Exit door on our side of the building is tricky(see tip section) –You can hear everything in the halls, the room above you, the room below you, and the rooms on either side of you –People are wandering around the outside of the building at night and near the dumpster. Can be unnerving for many people. –Only plastic cups provided, but no paper plates or utensils. I found that odd. –No WIFI! Ethernet only, but it did not work in our room.(I only brought my tablet to get work done, no good. My brother brought his laptop, and was never able to connect to the Ethernet, even after trying multiple cables) Overall, the stay was okay. The Internet issues kind of ruined the stay here. I had work that I had to finish and ended up just going to Starbucks to use their wifi while in air conditioning. Our stay also correlated with the Indy500 and a thunderstorm with flash flooding. A lot of the people staying at the hotel were working at the Indy500 and had sort of odd hours, and the flash flooding took us by surprise and totally drenched us in about two minutes. If you are on a budget or just staying in town for a week or more, definitely stay here. You get everything you need and it is cheap! If you are sensitive to noise though, maybe stay with a friend or relative. I can sleep through anything, so this was great for me, but I can see where the other reviews are coming from.

We stayed there for two weeks while visiting family(and wanting to be welcome again some time). What you get is a room(ours was quite clean), bed(s)(ours worked well for what you want beds for) bedclothes and towels/washcloths. There was a two-burner stove, a full size fridge, a small microwave and a sink for a kitchen. Aside from the bathroom it was all in one L-shaped room. There was a smallish table and two kitchen chairs. We got some kitchenware from Goodwill which we donated back when we left; inexpensive. I think you expect Spartan in a place like that(our first experience) and it was, but mostly things worked. Prior to the days of the Internet I’d give it a four or five. But of course then I wouldn’t be reviewing it and you wouldn’t be reading a review. Internet there consisted of Ethernet, which is fine with me, but it was slooow. Remember dialup? It was often like that. Too many people on too little bandwidth. And it could take some time for a computer to just be recognized after you connect it. So if you can put up with slow Internet it may work for you. If you need fast Internet it will not work. If you don’t need Internet at all, you’re not reading this. Hence the three stars. Oh, as to how quiet it was. We were on the second floor. I’d try to be upstairs and next time, if there is one, I think I’d go for third floor but we weren’t much disturbed by our neighbors. We were occasionally disturbed by the garbage truck collecting at about 5am.
