The service at this locations has fallen off over the past few months. Today’s visit included two employees goofing off while 5 customers waited in line.
The employees are no longer friendly and act as if they would rather be some place else. They skip around when it comes to making drinks which results in longer waits for some that ordered first.
So sad… this one used to be one of the best out there. Must have gone through a management change… for the worse.

Greenwood, IN
Smaller than most Starbucks but was efficient in getting out drinks. Hubs got a green tea and it was normal :) I got a icedCarmel macchiato and it is probably the best I have ever had. Coconut milk I think enhanced the espresso and did not leave me with any after tastes or film. I don’t think I have ever tasted the espresso in previous macchiatos I have had. Good job ;)

The service was fairly fast. It was festooned with the normal ‘Bucks adornments. The entrance and ‘lane’ to call out your drink is cramped. Tables against the wall across from the counter make it difficult to maneuver.
