Victoria’s Secret Pink

I have gone into Pink a few times and had great customer service. However, when I go to check out or return something the girls at the registers seem clueless. I have had numerous problems at the registers. I will be shopping online only for now on.

I took the gift card back to get a refund. They tried to argue with me about it and said they couldn’t refund my money.
They claimed that they have never dealt with that situation before.
I suspected that they would give me a hard time, so,…
I told them I contacted corporate to ask about their refund policy. I was told to bring in the unused card and the receipt.
The csr called about it and then proceeded to refund my money.
Bam. My redemption is now complete.
Good riddance VS Pink.

This review might be TMI: So, I shop here often as their marketing campaign «free panties» coupon really works! At least once to twice a month they send something in the mail that tells you to come in to choose your free panty. So I come in and always get lured into purchasing something even though you don’t have to to use your coupon. As many times as I’ve come in and purchased something at the other stores they let me go on my way. For the 2^nd time ever I was asked if I wanted to be fitted so they can get me into a comfortable size. I was just measured about 6 months previous at a different location but I figured what the heck It couldn’t hurt to get a second opinion. She put me in a different size very different to the previous specialist and I’ve never been so comfortable! YAH for 2^nd opinions and someone who knows what they are doing.
To get to this store park by Johnny Rockets at the main entrance and you’re almost there. No need to walk around the whole mall if you don’t need anything else.
