I was a patient of Dr. Ana’s for about 6 months. I had a very hard time getting reliable information from the office staff about how much available money was left on my insurance, and how much of that each appointment was using. I also was communicative about my financial situation, and it’s precariousness. After I stopped visiting Dr. Ana, due to a lack of effectiveness(or even diagnosis) from her, I called her to get some lab work from her that I needed for my new Dr. Her office admin Erica told me that they had been trying to get in touch with me for about a month. Even though I never received a voicemail or anything, and she double checked my contact info and everything, she told me that I had a balance of $ 230 with them. I asked what for and she said for my husband’s insurance deductible. They didn’t know about it at the time of his appointment. Totally unaware. I was in financial hardship before I even started seeing Dr. Ana… I said to them, this is a perfect example of why I needed to know about insurance costs and things BEFORE my appointments because I have $ 0… My family of 4 lives on $ 19k a year. If I had been told before my appointment that this would be the cost, I could have avoided the cost. It is not my responsibility since I didn’t have the ability to avoid it… your responsibility not mine. You have codes for stuff, you have an office staff, you have prices for things, and you don’t have two toddlers at home who need stuff while you’re on the phone. Do your job. I said all of this in a much nicer way to Erica… Who said she would speak with Dr. Ana and get back to me. I haven’t heard back yet. Other things have also been a problem… I told her that my disability application was in process, and that they may be contacting her, and that I needed a diagnosis. I never heard her once try to tell me what she thought was wrong with me. She’s perfectly happy to do a massage, but she told me she’d think about everything we’d talked about, and then nothing. No dietary changes, no supplementation, nothing! The massage helped my body pain… sucked when all that had to come back. Then. I received a letter from Dr. Ana’s office today saying that my balance owed would accrue 15% MONTHLY from the time I owed it originally back in March… so now I owe more than $ 530… for NO reason… AND that a six month payment plan was offered but was declined per patient… I was never offered a 6 month plan, and if I had been, I would have communicated that there’s no way for me to make a $ 10 payment at this time… I can see what I can do once my student financial aid comes in or something…(I had told Erica at the time I spoke with her, previously discussed, that my husband lost his job in July) We have $ 0 income. And I’m still sick. So Dr. Ana’s priorities and lack of skill are very obvious.

I have been to a few acupuncturists and massage therapists but this is the best place I’ve found and I am excited. Dr. Ann and Kaitlyn were amazing I really was impressed. Dr. Ann is a massage therapist and naturopathic doctor that really knew her stuff. She is treating me for fibromyalgia and has lots of experience with this condition, and I am excited about the possibilities! Kaitlyn has a masters in acupuncture and is also very knowledgeable. Thanks Renaissance Health! I had no issues with scheduling what so ever BTW.

Went here because of a Groupon deal. Will never come back here again. You go to get a massage to relax and to de-stress. This place makes you stressed out and frustrated.
My deal involved having 3 massages. When I called to make my appointments it seemed easy enough… Later I get a message from the person I talked to to set my appointments; she said that one of my appointments didn’t save in the computer. I call back and talked to another person at the desk because the person I originally talked to wasn’t there; I set my appointment again. I told her to tell the person who called me that I called back to set the appointments. I get another message from the first person I talked to, that my appointments are still not in the computer and need to call back. I call again, and it’s the second person I talked to again, and I told her I got another message that my appts were not set. She said my appointments«are» in the computer, and that she will let the other person know. Doesn’t end here. I get another call back saying I need to reschedule one of my appts because the masseuse will be out of town. So, I set another appointment and had them tell me my appointment dates to make sure they were all set. The last straw… I go to my last appointment, which is the one I had to change. I go to the place, and find them closed. No phone call, no email to tell me if my appointment was cancelled or needed to change. Since I already paid for this deal, I need to use my last massage. Will go, and never come back.

Really nice little spa tucked away in Gresham, Oregon. I received a wonderful ½ message along with an Organic detoxifying black mud wrap and sugar scrub. What a wonderful treatment, especially when your body is feeling a bit low. I love the fact that they use mostly all Organic products. Friendly staff. Clean and calming atmosphere. Highly recommend.
