Terrible terrible terrible… Do your research. Remember this is your home and you need the job done right by people who respect your home and respect the job. These people are far from those standards. I posted pictures of our yard our house and what they did. Front of house is destroyed. Never use this place. Disgusted by how they treated the house.
Additionally. They a guy named Steven took it upon himself to comment. Probably works there. That because we are renters living in the house that was getting the roof done that our opinion matters less. We were here when this went down I posted pictures of their work. We were affected by their terrible work. And I’m sorry but I hope renters care this much and I’m sorry your company trashes on valid comments. You don’t like the truth change how you do business but don’t devalue me as a person because I rent the home. What a terrible company keep reporting to Unilocal.I’m can be just as persistent. Look at the reviews. Think there is a common thread here.

Horrible customer service and work ethic. Our rental property got hit with some bad wind and we called to have them check it out and do any repairs that were needed. The man on the phone said he would have someone out in 2 – 3 days. After a week, we had not heard anything so my wife called to make sure it was done. The woman on the phone said she had no record of our project on file, but proceeded to send us an invoice for the job anyways. We spoke with another gentleman that said he knows that «he dispatched his crew out there… but would make sure they got out there to fix it asap.» We checked again to see if the roof was fixed before we pay the invoice and they have not even come out to look at the damn thing. How can you send an invoice for something you have no record of doing, and then tell us you will resend the guys out to repair it and don’t?
Needless to say we now have to find another company to do the work we wanted in the first place. hoping that there is not additional damage from the rain we have been getting as of late.

I called to try and have somebody come out and look at my roof to see if it needed replacing because I was noticing some leaks in the ceiling. When I explained the situation the lady on the phone asked if I had gone into the attic to look around. I had not because I only have a crawl space and I am unable to personally get up there. She told me that I needed to check out the attic before she would send any of her guys out because she didn’t want to waste their time! So I said ok thanks anyways I’ll try another company. And that was that. I did call another company and without hesitation said they would send somebody out.

We got 3 different bids when we did our roof and decided to go with rite way. There sales team made me feel the most comfortable. They were very knowledgeable on their products and helped us make a good choice. They were always available by phone to answer all my questions and quickly to my home upon request.
There were a few issues that we were not pleased with from the work team, but the sales team came out right away to correct.
There prices are competitive.

aa rite-​way roofing put on our new roof and it looks fantastic! it took about a day and a half. the crew were friendly and professional and the price was fair.
in, oh, 20 years ill call them again for another one!
