Main Street Mercantile

After being a regular customer of this shop for the past year, I just became a vender myself selling my line of Terrariums. This shop and it’s owners and staff have been great. They walked me through the whole process and have been very supportive. Customer service is great. Displays are well planned. If you are interested in selling antiques, collectables and artisan gifts, this would be a great place to get started. By the way, Gresham now has eight separate antique shops up and down Main Street, so it makes a great place to spend a day going antiquing.

Stumbled into this new mercantile on Main St. and thought hmm, what a great spot for such a place. This is one of those businesses that have spaces available for folks that would like to sell their collectibles, antiques and wares. The appearance feels like it only opened a short time ago because of the unfinished look, and lots of open areas. These stores are usually full of stuff, to the point where you cannot even walk around. I’m hoping that they will at least keep some aisles to stroll through. The proprietor also pointed out that they’ve got a florist shop as well. The prices did seem to be all over the place but, once again, that’s because there are different sellers. Gresham, for the most part, is of the blue collar persuasion though, so if they do not want to go out of business they should keep that in mind when pricing items.
