My Kid’s Dentist & Orthodontics

The office was super nice, clean, and kid friendly. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. the hygienist/​assistant wasn’t great. she seemed a bit forceful when making my son do x-​rays. she also didn’t tell us we would be doing them, just put him in a chair until I questioned what we were doing. these were his first xrays so it would have been nice to prep us for that. then my 4 year old son said something extremely embarrassing about me (because he is 4 and kids says inappropriate things). As if I wasn’t embarrassed enough when he said it in front of her, she decided to repeat the whole story to the doctor when he came in the room. For that fact alone I would never come back here. Then the most odd and uncomfortable thing that happened was the doctor kept tickling my son… it was so creepy and he did it 2 or 3 different times. I wanted to grab my son and run out of there… I hope he doesn’t do that to girls that come in.

Dr. Swisher and his team here are fantastic! They made my daughters visit so special! They took their time with her shyness and didn’t force her to do anything she didn’t want to do. Dr. Swisher was very sweet with her and I could see he genuinely loves his job and working with children. I recommend My Kid’s dentist to all families!

I was able to get both of my daughters in at the same time. They loved watching the videos before we went in. They were really excited to see the pictures of the characters from the videos on the walls. If you are parent, this place is amazing for kids. Play area, cartoons, kid friendly staff. They really wanted to make sure that my girls had a fun experience. I would highly recommend them. They did such a great job that I made an appointment for myself.
