Okay seriously? Just went thru and got a bosswrap and asked for no tomatoes. Easy enough right? When the girl (who was rushing me through my order) asks «does everything look correct on your screen?» I reminded her again I asked for no tomatoes she replied stating there were no tomatoes in the boss wraps and I had nothing to worry about but looking at the picture on their menu with the boss Wrap covered in tomatoes on top it kind of told me otherwise so I just hope that whoever had a headset on in the kitchen knew what they were talking about and made it correctly, I get home and open my wrap and It’s covered in Pico de gallo, What is the main ingredients in pico de gallo you may ask TOMATOES. Fucking fuckers.

Got a nacho bell grande the beans where cold and over cooked to the point that it had a crust on it. Not only that but I thought cheese comes on the nacho bell grande? Maybe if I had a magnifying glass I could see it.

Closet to my house and school but I’d rather drive a bit further to get better faster service, they had messed up my order and I called in and spoke to a manager and they said i would get my food replaced and they would throw in a free drink. I went in today a couple days later, and when I told them who I spoke to they made me feel as if they didn’t believe me why would I go through the trouble. It took them well over 10mins through drive through to hand me my order no apologies no nothing.

Taco bell is taco bell, but this specific location is always full of kids which makes it slower at times. I went in and asked for a cup of water once I got my food and the guy told me he was on break. Turns out the cup was on the counter and all he had to do was move 3 ft, but I guess that was to much to ask. Not always the friendliest here it seems

Yep, agreed, very slow Taco Bell. I have a suspicion it’s because high schoolers frequent this place and either take long ordering, have HUGE orders (growing kids, right?) or know the employees and just chat too long. Pretty much gets our order right 80% of the time, but after frequenting this place for about 20 years and going to many, MANY other locations… they’ve gotten my order wrong the least and are always apologetic. Sure, why not, thanks Taco Bell.

I have to agree with Derek W.‘s review from last year. The drive thru does seem to move slower than many Taco Bell locations, however my food is always freshly «made» (assembled?) and hot. The service has always been excellent and my order has been accurate each time.

As a foursquare mayor of multiple Taco Bells, this one has to be the slowest. Food is good, but it takes forever to get through the drive-thru. Everytime I go to this one, it takes at least 5 – 10 minutes to get my order. I’ve paid attention and it appears they don’t start making myorder until I get to the window.
There are too many employees standing around goofing off. Perhaps that is why they are slow. «Too many cooks in the kitchen…»
The Taco Bell /Long John Silvers on Stark in front of the Home Depot is much much better!
