I ordered a pair of goggles and a snowboard bag for a trip I was taking in 7 days. The products looked good but customer service is terrible. Don’t bother using the phone number because no one answers. And email is hit or miss. Sometimes they respond immediately and sometimes they don’t.
I read some erroneous review here on Unilocal that someone received their equipment in 2 days and since there wasn’t any real shipping information or estimates on the site or by contacting their customer service I hoped that at worse it would take 5 days to ship my equipment. NOPE! It took 2 days for the company to even print a shipping label so their worthless free shipping is actually 9 days!
If I could get any real answers I would have gladly paid for express shipping. I’m very disappointed in this company. Only use them when you have a month lead time in planning any trips. You’ll eventually get some information about the equipment you purchased.
Will never order from them again.

DISHONORABLE SELLER!!! BUYERS BEWARE! Shipped me a defective product and it took countless emails and pictures before be would return it. After he received the product back, he would not exchange or refund. It’s been 5 weeks since the original order and I’ve had to get eBay involved in order to hopefully resolve the issue. I STILL DON’T HAVE THE PRODUCT OR A REFUND!!!

I’m a first time buyer from Wierdsport. I got some real good sales service for an online order. I’m not gonna go into full word for word detail but, The board I ordered was not in stock due to a inventory mix up. Randy (may sales rep) emailed me and was on top of taking care of me. I went with another board and on my way for a great season.
