Remember before Katrina when Oakwood Mall had that Neon Pretzel place? OMG, it was amazing. HUGE handmade pretzels covered in ridiculous amounts of salt and butter. I LOVED that place. I miss it. Well, Aunt Anne’s isn’t that. Don’t get me wrong, I was so excited to see that Oakwood now has a pretzel place. It’s about time! Every mall should have a pretzel place. Aunt Anne’s may have been here a while. I have no idea. I don’t go to the food court that often. They have all kinds of pretzels of all different flavors such as cinnamon and garlic. They even have pretzel wrapped hot dogs, if that’s your thing. I kept it simple and got an «original» pretzel which is a pretzel with light butter and salt. It was good, but a little overpriced at $ 3. What they should do is charge less so that people are more inclined to get more than one! Right? Neat place to stop if you want to pick up a snack while you are shopping. I shall return.
