I happened to notice this Taco Bell location had a low rating when trying to find information about the current renovation closure and had to leave a review. I remember when it first opened with fond memories! I’ve lived and traveled all across the U.S. and have eaten at MANY Taco Bell locations. This is obviously the one I’ve eaten at the most since it is in my hometown, but I consider myself lucky that it is. I consistently get great food with good portions every time I go. It is truly one of the best Taco Bell restaurants I’ve visited. Of course it is a Fast Food restaurant and sometimes things don’t come out perfectly, there are long lines, dirty bathrooms, and occasionally rude employees, so bad reviews happen, but in my experience those kind of things happen far less often at this particular location(except maybe the long lines because the food is good!).

First time trying Taco Bell breakfast and it was really good! I ordered the Country sausage AM Crunchwrap combo, super tasty!!! It comes on a flour tortilla with sausage, hashbrown, scrambled egg, cheese, and Country gravy. VERY good, I would definitely order this again for breakfast. It comes with coffee and cinnabon delights $ 4.59, but you can substitute a hashbrown for the cinnabon delights. The hashbrown was alright. I had a bite of the Sausage Biscuit and it was OK, the biscuit taco was a decent size and the biscuit had a nice flavor, soft, fluffy. I didn’t need sauce for anything and I love their Mild sauces. Taco Bell is actually one of my favorite fast food places quick mex food(crunchy Taco supremes, Enchirtos, Beef meximelts), so I am glad I finally tried breakfast. I recommend the Country sausage AM Crunchwrap! To my surprise when I arrived this morning, the drive thru was packed and dining room was empty. I asked the cashier girl about their breakfast and she said a lot of people order and it does get busy. That was good to know, I think they only been serving breakfast a few months and seems it’s doing well. I saw about 4 employees working/prepping. I am assuming you can order anything on the menu whether it be lunch food items or breakfast. The coffee was OK, not sure it was strong enough to wake me up. Customer service was friendly and it took about 10 minutes to get my food for dine in, which I didn’t mind waiting and I knew the drive thru was busy. The place was nice and clean too, the colors and atmosphere of the dine in area are pretty. The only thing I did notice, was the Fountain machine looked messy wet area or dripping and needed a thorough wipe down!!!

Worst ever. get some employees that hustle. this is the slowest line ever. going on 20 mins in line. unfortunately can’t move. not the best pit stop on a vacation route to stop in for a quick bite. Drive on past and go somewhere else.

I’ve finally found the Worlds slowest drive through. Should have gone to Panda Express.

Theres a lil Asian/Mexican type girl named Lisa there, who was very rude too me and has been every time she’s working the drive thru. Don’t know why this little girl is in customer service if she’s clearly NOT cut out for it. The first encounter with her, it was middle of the afternoon and all I had was a hundred dollar bill. She proceeded to say with an attitude, that they don’t take hundreds and closed the window on me. .even tho a few days before, a very nice young man broke a hundred and didn’t say a word about it being SUCH a «problem». After she very rudely closed the window on me before allowing me to ask why, I waited for her to come back to the window and she said, «really?!» Then proceeded to feed me lines of BS on why it’s «against policy» to take large bills. I left spitting mad, was late back to work and no lunch. Second encounter with her, she wouldn’t take my card. when again, I has used it there previously. To taco bell management, I’m positive that I’m not the only person this girl has turned away and she is costing you money! Good luck.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too — I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for my dine in order. how hard can fast food be? They need a new manager at this location!

Slowest Taco Bell EVER. I stopped in Gridley on my way up north and figured Taco Bell would be a nice quick stop(and they have Mt Dew). I arrived at 7pm, went inside to stretch my legs. There were 3 people waiting for their food when I ordered. I ordered a chicken burrito and nachos which I didn’t get for 20MINUTES. I checked the time on my receipt when I left. Ridiculous. Sure, the orders ahead of me were larger than average, but 20 minutes for a burrito and nachos is not okay. Next time i’ll wait for Chico.

yes it’s fast food, better yet mexican fast food. I know it’s not the most popular choice of food, but I honestly love taco bell. Not for an every day sort of thing, but definitely every once in awhile or when i’m on the run. The best thing about this taco bell is that it’s right off of 99. So on a morning in which you’re on the go to the airport or coming back, it’s an ideal stop. My favorite thing is a cheesy gordita crunch. It’s just too good to pass up and i love it. If you’re on 99 and you’re in gridly and in a hurry, stop by taco bell. it’s much better than McDonalds and will give you the fast food satisfaction.
