Groton, CT
Nice gym! Smaller then Morton hall but less crowded normally. They also have an indoor track! They also offer different classes like yoga and strength training. You can pick up a flyer with the time and dates of the classes at the gym. I prefer this gym over Morton! :)

Only have been there once, but I am definitely coming back. They have brand new equipment and a large floor space for there array of weekly classes.
