Town & Coastal Property Management

We rented for a year from Town & Coastal Property Management. Although late in the lease it became frustrating (owners decided to sell) due to the amount of realtors showing the property, I was impressed on Jeanne’s professional behavior and understanding of what we were going through. Although renters have little rights during the selling of a house, I found Jeanne to be most accommodating and simply kind.
Owners should take note and use Town & Coastal for their property management needs. Renters should feel at ease knowing she’s professional yet understanding. Our whole experience would have been awful without Jeanne. She truly is exceptional at what she does and if we do decide to buy, I’ll check with her first!
