My wife and I are about to have dinner in our beautiful new home and a good deal of thanks for that goes to Zach. We first viewed a home with him 10 months before our final purchase and in the entire time we were looking and finally buying he was amazing!
Zach has a low pressure style, he really listened to our circumstances and got to know us, and while he kept us informed of new homes on the market he never pressured us or pushed anything on us.
He was intelligent and well informed and did a great job of walking two new home buyers through the process. When we found a place that looked good but had weird resale restrictions he advised us away from it even though he probably could have gotten the sale. He wanted us to get what we wanted.
Once we started making offers he did a great job of communicating with us about all the documents we needed. Loved his great e-​document setup!
After getting an offer accepted and dealing with a less than perfect lender, Zach did a great job getting us extensions and making sure everything went smoothly.
