Yesterday at Viejas casino we flagged down a dicks tow truck and asked him if he could help us blow up a friends wheelchair wheel, he happily obliged and we were back up and going! He didn’t have too but that was very nice, I use this company for my towing needs often and their customer service is always great. I highly recommend

This company responded to my call to roadside assistance. I stupidly locked my keys in my trunk after a hike at Stonewall Peak. I was parked at Paso Picacho campground, nearly an hour from the city. It did take over an hour and a half for the truck to show up after my call, but part of that was probably due to the go-​between b/​w the insurance company and the tow truck dispatch. Anyway, Brian from Dick’s towing went out of his way to help me. He unlocked the car quickly, but we were having trouble getting into the trunk after realizing the back seats didn’t fold down/​no lever. He removed the bolts on the back seat and basically crawled into a tiny hole into the trunk to get the keys. I had no good alternative and Brian went above and beyond in my book. I was extremely grateful for his help.

These guys responded quickly with AAA. I was towed and dropped off less than 30 minutes. My driver (forgot his name) was really cool down to earth and friendly. It’s bad enough I was already having a crappy day. Overall, great experience.

If your car ever breaks down on Interstate 8 in San Diego County, call Dick’s Towing. The first towing company my insurance called hadn’t arrived and I had been waiting over an hour. I finally had Internet/​phone connection and searched for towing companies. I called Dick’s and within 30 minutes our car was on the tow truck and we were on our way to the mechanic. Sean was the nicest driver and so knowledgeable. The lady who took my call was also very sweet. They actually cared and provided excellent service. I highly recommend Dick’s Towing.
