Relax on the Beach, Inc.

We rented a condo in Panama City Beach, Fla thru Relax On The Beach reality for the month on Feb. while the condo itself was clean and the view was great Relax reality was a bit of a pain. First when we arrived we had a problem with the wifi which was a must have for us. We followed the instructions we were given in the pamphlet provided as well as different instructions we found in the condo with no success. We called the phone number provided for problems and a gentleman told us that he was located in Georgia and could not help. He gave us a number to call (lady who answered was located in Elkton, Md.) which we did and while the lady was trying to help she could not and said we should call Comcast. We spent so much time on the phone with Comcast, Relax and the the condo operators for two days. We finally were able to connect after two days of phone and emails. Also, after that the toilet handle fell off I reported it and was told someone would be there the next day to fix. No one showed, big surprise, and I was so frustrated I didn’t have the stomach to call again. I would avoid Relax On The Beach.
