This company is a mess. They will sell you junk and then make you jump thru hoops to return a bad item. Get your bed at Macy’s. They have better quality and are up front about returns. I got a mattress here and about a year later the memory foam gave out. They sent someone to test the bed 12 weeks after I called to set it up. They guy came and was shocked at how bad the bed was. After 6 more weeks they told me the bed missed the sag test by an 18^th of an inch so I can’t return it. These strip mall places are a sham! GO TO MACYS!

My bed comes today and so excited. The sales team at Mattress Firm Gurnee is absolutely amazing. They truly made my fiancé and I feel like we mattered and they spent so much time with us teaching us about the different options and what would work best for us. So looking forward to our new sleep experience.

What’s there to say about a bed store?
Well, they have a lot of beds.
I had the chance to lay on all of them to pick my favorite.
The salesman taught us more about beds than I knew was possible.
«Don’t push on the bed… lay on it!»
He wasn’t pushy but available for questions.
We ended up purchasing a bed that day — and the delivery was next day (which was great).

I can’t remember our salesman’s name but he was great. Not pushy, but knowledgeable, attentive, and answered all of our questions and concerns. We ended up with a Tempurpedic style bed but actually chose one from a different manufactuerer that made a mattress that we liked more than the more expensive «real» tempurpedic beds. There was no pressure at all to purchase anything more expensive than the one that we liked best.
Delivery was EXACTLY on time, the guys were quick and efficient, and even helped me move the old mattress down into the basement storage room without issue.
Overall, a highly recommended store to purchase a mattress from.

The men that delivered my brand new mattress dropped it off the back end of the truck onto the street and then rolled it on its sides into my house. You don’t treat someone’s brand new mattress like this! I’m extremely upset! I will never recommend back to bed or their third party deliverers!

Needed to purchase a new bed, as ours was getting up there in age. Walked in to look at the Tempurpedic beds. Jess came over and talked to us for quite awhile to understand what we were looking for. We tested out a few beds and ended up with a Simmons Comforpedic and two technogel pillows. I never thought I’d buy an expensive pillow, but between the pillow and the mattress, I’ve had the best nights sleep since purchasing. Fantastic customer service, would highly recommend to anyone!

I called the 800 number on their website to inquire about low profile twin mattresses. I got a live person in a US call center. I was given some info and was on my way. To my amazement, I got a call back from a local number about 5 minutes later. This person started qualifing me with questions about my interest in the beds. I was so impressed with the organization I made the purchase over the phone. I will be buying my next bed from this outfit!
