This place has terrible service!!! Will not be coming back and would not recommend. Long wait wrong order and Laura one of the manager has no people skills what so ever!!!

I usually don’t write poor reviews but this Wendy’s is slipping in taking food orders. Not sure if it’s a language issue or poor attitudes in the staff here. I have been a regular here for years and it’s not getting any better. Check your bag if your using the drive thru, almost every visit now requires a walk into the store. I’m giving two stars for good service when I dine in.

Had to eat here out of necessity after travelling and everything else closed — pretty grimy and generally uninterested employees that left us repeating our orders that ended up wrong anyway. Restroom definitely lacked attention — has potential but would describe as neglected.

«I’M BOUT TO GO ONNA SMOKE BREAK.» — words shouted from drive thru employee to another employee. I hope you washed the over 4,000 toxins in cigarettes from your hands before handling my equally bad-​for-​me food. Three stars for actually delivering my order correctly, giving me back correct change (one cent) and giving me napkins so I didn’t have to use the condensation from the soda cup to wash my hands (admit it — everyone’s done that before).

Extremely poor customer service. Long Waits. Order was wrong. And they may have killed my puppy… just kidding about the last part. Seriously, though, avoid this Wendy’s unless you:
A. Have plenty of time to wait around
B. Don’t have a preference regarding the final meal you are given
C. Don’t mind wading through nastiness to use the restroom and/​or/​sit at your table.
Perhaps I went on an «off» night, but I’ve seen cleaner city bus stops.

I refuse to give fast food places anything higher than 3 stars otherwise this location would get 5. Always outstanding service and they get my orders correct every time. They are also very quick.
