Children Dental Care Center & Braces

I had been going to this dental office since 2009 for an implant. The doctor is nice, however he makes you wait a long time because he over overlaps his appointment with numerous patients. I was ok with that because I thought he was just a busy dentist since he is only in the office twice a week. What really made me weary is that I found out that the dental office has been billing my insurance for work I’m sure I haven’t been getting. Like a cleaning that I supposedly had in Oct. 2010 just because it was written in my chart… when I tried talking to office manager, her explanation was that dentist wrote cleaning treatment in chart and therefore I had the cleaning performed. Whoever decides to go to this office please be very cautious of what you are getting billed for and periodically verify with insurance. As soon as I get my implant teeth finalize I will be looking for a new dentist. I would leave now but I paid for most of the work in advance
