Was promised a blouse to match my daughters skirt last week. Never got a phone call and finally we called after many attempts and the owner told us she couldn’t find the blouse. My daughters performance is in 4 days. Now we are running around trying to find my daughters blouse. She could have called us and told us that she couldn’t get the blouse. Thanks a lot for nothing. will never shop there.

I came to the perfect spot. My daughter was able to get everything she needed for folklorico. Socorro was extremely nice and helpful.

This was my first experience this morning. The woman who owns this small shop was so helpful and a blessing! I didn’t want to drive into Downtown LA for a blouse, and i stumbled upon her shop here in Unilocal.Its a little more than Downtown, but with the gas i saved and the parking i saved, it was well worth it! The parking lot is small and the spaces are not big car friendly but get there early enough and you won’t have issues.
Thank you again to the woman who owns this shop! I will definitely be coming to you more often!

The owner is a nice woman who imports the majority of her clothing from Mexico and makes the rest herself or with the help of her family. She speaks English well (I speak not a lick of Spanish) but we did get our messages crossed several times when we were not speaking face to face. I initially came here searching for a Maria (from The Book of Life movie) costume for my 4-​y/​o daughter on Sept 30^th. They didn’t have the exact skirt we were looking for but the owner said some were in production and would be ready in a few days. It took a few days longer than promised; I picked up my skirt on ¹⁰⁄₈. The skirt was a very close match to the movie character’s. There were many different styles of peasant blouses available from simple to bright and ornate, all in stock. The prices are reasonable for the amount of work that goes into the pieces; it’s definitely worth not having to purchase the materials and sew these things yourself unless you are a prolific seamstress.

Such s pleasure to meet Socorro and find her store! She is so amazingly helpful patient and sweet in assisting you pick just the right outfit… truly a treat to have a place to go to when you need to dress for any Mexican fiesta or special event with beautiful and authentic clothing! I went to this store for the very first time yesterday. I was going to a Mexican themed fiesta and was looking for a shirt for the occasion. Fortunately I found exactly what I was looking for. The store has a beautiful selection of authentic Mexican clothing. The owner is very warm and friendly. I will definitely be back.

I love it here, why travel so far when here is what you can find all traditional Mexican style clothes ! Even other country’s like Ecuador, El Salvador ! It’s make it is a easy and cultural place !! very close by & economical ! There prices are already low and on range for everything ! I went to take a look and I found myself buys a beautiful shirt that makes it easy to wear any time and to family gathering ! It’s a place you all go to ! More economical then going all the way to LA

I was in desperate need of a folkloric skirt/​dress for my daughter. being that I live in Moreno Valley, I didn’t want to have to drive all the way to Olvera Street or East Los Angeles to find one, plus I didn’t want to struggle for parking and being that it was a Saturday, I knew that it would be extremely busy… I found this store and it was exactly what I needed. PLENTY of dresses and skirts, shirts, shoes, charro suits and so much more. The prices are very reasonable and the service was wonderful and the owner and her daughter were very helpful. I was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend this shop. I know I will definitely be back.

Found exactly what I needed for my daughter’s florkorico recital. This place is your one stop store for all your traditional florkorico outfits and shoe’s. I’m excited that there is a place near my house where I can find all my daughter’s dance stuff. Owner was very kind and helpful as well.

I found this place over a year ago and I just loved it. There’s no where close you can go to get tradional Folklorico and Charro Suits. She orders clothing from all the state’s of Mexico styles of dresses. All from Mexico! Socorro was so friendly and nice and above all, so pateint even though my spanish is not the best anymore. Although, she totallty spoke english as well, so it was not a problem at all.
We are getting married june 18^th in vegas and our theme is traditional mexican folklore. She is making our dresses and our mans charro outfit. We just cant wait to see them. I will post pictures when we make it to vegas.
