I would give this place zero stars if I could. Came here for my sick infant. They had me waiting for over 40 minutes only to come out and tell me they were out of everything. 40 effin’ minutes waiting with a sick child and they just came out with a stupid grin on their face. Also, their prices are inflated and the facility is DIRTY. Do not give this place your business.

This pharmacy has made multiple mistakes regarding dosage on the label. Frequently the Chinese translation is the opposite of the English version(2 tablets four times a day could be written as 4 tablets twice a day). These errors could be very serious for some patients. It sometimes can’t find prescriptions from the doctor, and won’t notify you when the prescriptions come in.

Excellent service! The guy who helped me, David, was both well-mannered and extremely knowledgeable. I came out with more information about my meds than when I left the doctor’s office.

As good as it gets for customer service, friendly, didn’t wait long even when they had a pretty good amount of folks in there. Great pharmacy to utilize right after your appt:) oh and important the price was right.

Overall a very good experience. Didn’t wait long for the presciption. They had seats for you to sit while you wait! Sold a variety of items from lotion to cold soda!

This little pharmacy is located inside the Puente Hills Medical Center. I use their service when I have a one-time prescription to get filled. The staff is friendly — they actually politely walked up to me to ask me questions instead of hollering«excuse me sir» from the counter. Decent manners are not common today so it’s worthwhile mentioning. The shop is stocked with the usual things you’d expect in a little pharmacy at a medical building, and they have a small set of chairs to use while you wait for your meds. I was charmed that they had a photo printing service that advertised to print«any roll.» How old-fashioned! I plan to continue to get my non-refill prescriptions filled there after doctors’ visits.
