Had walked past this salon many times before but never ventured in. Then one day after I’d let my hair go a bit I walked in by chance. I asked the woman who greeted me if she did men’s cuts. She said yes. It turns out she was Vivian, the owner of the shop. I was a little nervous whether she would be ok with cutting my laowai hair because I had never personally seen a non-Asian customer in her shop.
She said it was a little rarer to get Caucasian customers walk in, but she laughed and said she «had a few». Turns out my apprehension was unwarranted. Vivian did an awesome cut and color for a very fair price.
And we had a pleasant conversation too. I will definitely go back.
Give her shop a try if you’re nearby. You won’t be sorry!

It’s been some time since I have received a great trim for men’s medium hairstyle. I was recommended to see Vivian as my hair was starting to get too long for work. I showed her a few examples of what I was looking for. She provided great service and trimmed my hair exactly what I was looking for.
I’ll definitely be returning as having thick hair can be hard to control after too much time. I love the fact that she took her time and was in no rush. You do not get this service at most places anymore. A++!
