As a former cadet at West Point I received both world-​class medical and dental care. In fact, my dentist was also the dentist for Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon. After leaving the military I was shocked at the sub standard level of care offered by many dentists. Consequently, I stopped going to the dentist for several years.
Finally, I knew it was time to start seeing a dentist again. I was disappointed to discover that the level of integrity in the world of dentistry had not improved one iota. Designer waiting rooms, plaques on the wall and substandard care was the norm. After several disappointing experiences I was referred to Dr. Manole in Hackensack, New Jersey.
Dr. Michael J. Manole is an Ivy League trained dentist. Dr. Manole is a graduate and, moreover, a former professor at Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery.
As a patient of Dr. Manole, I have found his dental expertise, his commitment to his patients’ care and his personal integrity to be of the highest order. If you want world-​class dentistry at a reasonable cost then Dr. Manole should be your dentist of choice.

I can say Dr. Manole is very good dentist. However, the front-​end experience has a lot to be desired. If you plan on seeing Dr. Manole, don’t accept what the office staff says. I was told they were a provider in my plan, not true. Constant billing mistakes. I finally had to contact Dr. Manole to inform him of the incompetence of his office staff, yet no action taken. I have very robust dental benefits and have a variety of dentists I could see– I chose Dr. Manole from a referral of a friend. Yet it wasn’t worth the hassle of his poorly trained staff and poor business management.
