We lived in this community for over 5 years. It was well kept and the maintenance was amazing.
During our time their the community was called Prospect Towers, google on how the Garage collapsed. We were about to leave home. About 2/3’s of the garage collapsed because of poor maintenance on a leak. No one died and it was amazing how that did not happen.
After moving out of state, the community hit us for charges that kept changing. We left the apartment in great shape. The bathrooms, kitchen and all were clean upon our leaving.
These people wanted to charge us an additional $ 500 dollars. We were transferred to another area.
They did not send us a statement as requested. Any shortly thereafter demanded $ 1600 dollars. There was no damage to this apartment. They wanted us to replace the carpeting. This community always replaced carpeting after anyone moved out. (They kept out 2K deposit as well because we were transferring with a 30 day notice.)
Be very careful.
