In an effort to get away from Starbucks and support the local businesses, I’ve recently discovered this cute coffee(and tea) shop in Haddonfield. The few times I’ve been here, I’ve got to chatting with the baristas, who were super friendly and helpful. The one barista was even good to realize from my order that I may have been vegan, but one of the ingredients in the drink contained dairy, and recommended a substitute to me. She also told me they are soon going to start carrying some vegan baked goods, and I really can’t wait for that! Today I just got a simple decaf coffee, which was brewed fresh by the cup for me — can’t get more fresh than that! They carry a wide assortment of loose teas, many of which sound very interesting, and smell amazing. The Coffee Bouteaque is also convenient for me, as it is only a couple of doors down from the Running Co., where I meet friends for runs on Sundays. Once I’m done depleting the rest of the money on my pre-paid Starbucks card, I see The Coffee Bouteaque becoming my new regular post-run coffee spot. I plan on becoming more of a regular here, and look forward to trying some of their many teas!

3rd wave coffee is here in between two second wave coffee houses(Starbucks and Saxby’s). Each coffee is made upon order via pour-over or French press(my favorite). There is always a variety of coffee to choose like a dark, medium, or decaf and there’s even decaf espresso for those wanting the robust flavor without the twitch. There is also a wide variety of loose leaf teas to try either hot or iced. There are black, red, green, white, and herbals to choose from. The coffee bouteaque is the coffeehouse to stop at in haddonfield.

The vanilla chai latte is amazing — one of the best I’ve had! Very cute coffee shop with great customer service.

Look no further! Your new coffee spot is here. You don’t have to suffer from bad coffee, parents that let their kids run loose and screaming baristas. Support local businesses and come get your work done here. The coffees the best I had in awhile, the barista let me smell different beans before ordering a pour over coffee. Finally, I can think, get work done and enjoy some coffee.
