Tucked away in a tiny building that also houses an Asian market and a Korean restaurant on Rt. 9 in Hadley are the Gohyang Singing Rooms; the best Karaōke experience in the Valley.
Those only familiar with the American «stand on a stage in front of strangers and sing» iteration of Karaōke might think the place – a collection of private rooms with the names of various flowers painted inside hearts on the doors, fronted by a welcome desk and backed by a bathroom and a soda cooler – feels more like a massage parlour.
But don’t be confused, the only «happy endings» the Gohyang Singing Rooms provide are the ones you and your friends will experience upon belting out one of your favorite tunes over their booming, FX-​laden karaōke systems.
If you’re planning on singing in English the song-​selection isn’t the biggest or the most up-​to-​date, but it is surprisingly diverse (collecting popular songs from a wide range of genres and styles spanning the 50’s to the 00’s), and the selection of Asian titles for the karaōke purists out there is HUGE.
For those disinclined to sing in public in front of strangers, folks looking for an activity to spice up that special event (like a birthday, holiday party, etc.), or any group of friends looking to turn a random night out INTO a special event, Gohyang Singing Rooms is the place to be.

All those other karake bars are a joke. This is strictly for the professionals. ONLY FOR THE HARDCORE!
