Over two hours for an oil change? At least two other customers were in and out before my car was done. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went to this dealership to look at purchasing a second car. I could tell this was going to be a bad experience within the first five minutes. The dealer didn’t know anything about the two cars we were interested in and had no clue how to work their features. Most of the cars also had no window stickers, so no one knew what the prices were. One of the salesmen told us to look online for the price, because «that was the best way to figure it out». Every salesmen we interacted with seemed like the stereotypical sleazy business man, except way less knowledgable. Would not give these guys a cent.

Oil change took well over 2 hours… Was told it would be an hour at the longest and I wasn’t given an explanation as to why it took so long… Poor service
