Very business-​like and professional. Nice people in the office and a very nice guy, Jake, came to our place and he was just a touch early! He worked hard and did a thorough job. I love this type of service!!!

As a local, one has many times where a good carpet cleaning service is needed. We used Jacks when we were vacating a house (as tenants) and wanted our carpets spotless to ensure the return of our sizeable deposit. Firstly, the old adage «you get what you pay for» applies here. I mean to say Jack’s is not the lowest price service on the island but they are the only service delivering quality service since 1973.
The technician arrived promptly and took nearly four hours cleaning our carpets. When he left it looked, and smelled, as if we just had new carpet installed.
As I said, there are lower priced alternatives but be wary of the bargains. This is quality work! As I said, you get what you pay for.
as a local we highly endorse Jacks. The staff is friendly and will answer all of your questions (they talked to me for 20 minutes answering all my questions — that’s customer service !!!).
