Came here for the first time a few days ago. All I can really say is this place was pretty gross. Most of the machines seemed dirty, didn’t work, or had sample cups by them. The only fruity flavor available was the watermelon but when I went to try it only neon pink liquid squirted out. No thanks. I’m good.

I was so excited when Brazzle Berry opened! I love that anytime I am in the mood for frozen yogurt, they’re open! I’m not big on toppings but love all the options and you can request flavors! Great add to Half Moon Bay

We love Brazzle Berry! It’s our favorite stop after school. The yogurt is fantastic, staff is so friendly and the place is always clean.

Love the mangonada dessert here. It reminds me of places I would go to in San Diego. The mangonada is Super tangy and refreshing on a hot day, highly recommend it! Nice place to sit and hang out with girlfriends for dessert. Unlike other Unilocalers, I thought staff was friendly and yogurt is to my liking.

Yum. Depending on the mood I’m in. Brazzel Berry has exactly what I want to satisfy my taste buds. I love there strawberry banana with nutela crepes. Especially this time of year. Besides their delish frozen yogurt, they have fantastic smoothies, mangonadas(which Is another favorite of mine), bobba, a Brazilian desserts and so much more. Their staff is wonderful, and really friendly I recommend this place highly to anyone looking for a fun filled treat.

First time here, I have to say bad service. As you come in the lady is on her iPhone and not greeting anyone .only one person working there. Not only that but when I ordered my crêpe the lady asked me if I wanted Nutella, I said I wanted very light Nutella. After she made the crêpe it had a big chunk of Nutella and no whipped crème, I would have not ordered it if she had mentioned that before. So I got a crêpe without whipped crème. So I decided to order their Acai Bowl which is strongly advertised in the store and they were out of it as well. In addition I ordered a «fresas con crema» which in the menu image it shows — crème, blue berries, strawberries, granola. When I got it, the cup only had strawberries and very light crème. I asked can I get berries in it? lady responded” oh you wanted berries & granola«? I said yes!!! That’s how it is on image. The blue berries & granola were very nasty and soggy .I don’t recommend this place. Unless you want bad poor quality service. The lady working there looks like she is 12 with no type of experience. For sure not coming back. Two thumps down

3.5 stars actually but I’m rounding up since it’s a local ‘bidness,’ several of the dispensers were broken. No more no sugar added flavors for a while. Toppings bar looks fine to me but I only do the fruits. Staff is young and VERY unfriendly. Last couple of times I went there were no employees up front, I had to hunt them down. I find it clean and the flavors they do have, especially the tart, are good.

Came here today after sometime at the beach. Some yogurt dispensers were broken, and not much of a frozen yogurt selection. I tried using the Unilocal coupon but the lady at the cashier didn’t know how to use it. She spoke limited English and kept forgetting if she gave me the receipt etc. I felt bad for her so I used Spanish. The yogurt was sugary and watery.

My daughter and I love fro yo… so while in half moon bay we decided to check this place out… gross! More than half of the machines are out of order, they are filthy, and the toppings bar is sad and just as gross. I think the health inspector should visit here. The yogurt is watery and not very tasty. And for the quality, it costs too much… I can get better quality for cheaper at yogurtland. The staff here are not very good either, no one was even out front to greet when we came in. Not coming back…

Absolutely the worst frozen yogurt I’ve ever had. Fake tasting flavors. Very few choices of toppings(and unlabeled at that). We each took two bites of our $ 8 worth of yogurt and threw them away. Ugh — what a waste of time and money!

Not good. Toppings are always stale and some of the yogurts are out of order or melted. Plus the people who work there give ZERO sh*ts about anything other than their iPhones.

Every time I come here I am always greeted by friendly employees. I guess I’m just lucky to not come in when the employees are grouchy. 4 stars for being the best foyo spot in Half Moon Bay, they have a lot of selections for their froyo and they do more than just froyo as well such as smoothies and milkshakes. They have a wide variety of toppings. The store is also clean and what’s good is that they are open late too, unlike other places in half moon bay that closes early.

The girl running the shop stayed in her little employee backroom the entire time, during which I saw several people come in and leave since they thought nobody was running shop. When she finally left her in-store dwelling, we finally got froyo and we asked her if there was any wi-fi. She said there was none. A quick check on my phone showed that there was. Then she said«oh yeah but I don’t know the password.» Classy. Also the yogurt is very thin and watery.

The last couple of times I’ve gone this place has been going downhill seriously fast. As much as I hate downing a local business, they need to turn this ship around fast or it won’t be around much longer. For several months now they have several of the flavors of yogurt broken, the ones that work were okay but not great anymore and machines felt tired with the yougur melting pretty fast on a mild day. There is virtually no good fruit toppings anymore(used to have blue berries, kiwis, strawberries, etc) all missing. How can a store named XXX_berry have no berry toppings??? They used to have good euro cookie and chocolate toppings, now its trail mix, peanuts and gummies that are too old to even chew. There has been a large«coming soon» menu on the back board that looks interesting but coming has been several months now with no progress. Even the Jelly Belly candy counter and frozen ice cream treat section they had put in last year is looking sad and out of stock. To top it off they now have a nasty looking 7 – 11 style hot dog rotisserie with dogs on it that rivaled those Apu sells at the kwik-e-mart I must say the staff all seem new now and uninterested so I’m guessing there was some kind of change in ownership, too bad…

This place kinda grossed/weirded me out a bit. Most of their menu has not been available the last 3 times i was in HMB– only shaved ice or fro yo. 2 flavors were completely out. Topping bar was kinda old looking– the fruit toppings were obviously soggy. Everything was mislabeled and lots of empty bins. Employee didn’t seem to care or know what anything was. Other customers seemed to feel the same way. Flavors themselves were bad. All the brownish colored ones tasted the same. Bummed.

Nice owner, and nice place to sit and work on your laptop. However, I cannot recommend anything to order because I didn’t particularly enjoy anything served there, including their yougurt. I like good frozen yogurt, but the quality of there’s isn’t there, sadly.

NASTY. This place looks like it is falling apart. ½ the machines say out of order. They have glass shelves along the wall and they are full of dust, thick dust! They have a nasty stained couch to sit on. The new Bl size cup is large. If you want any a small yogurt you are paying for the weight of a large cup. Kind of disappointing. Cleanliness is not a main priority.

How do you advertise that you serve boba and fruit smoothies when you don’t have any of that?! We decided to try the yogurt anyway to get SOME kind of dessert in but NOPE! The pumpkin flavored yogurt was wayyyy too sweet! So was the angel fruit cake, chocolate swirl and even cake batter! Too sweet and tart for my taste. Eh.

This is a HMB local hangout. They are clean and open late. Love the yogurts and the people. Try the acai bowl!
