They are racist. The two women working when I went in were both black. I am white. One teller took a black person ahead of me even though I was next in line. Then when I made it to the counter to cash my check the teller continued taking black customers while waiting for «approval.»
After waiting 30 minutes I walked to the counter and told the woman to give me my check back. She told me I would have to wait because she just got approval. What? If she had approval why the heck was I still waiting while she served black customers?
The teller that was «helping» me, Trish, was very rude and unhelpful. I am going to be contacting Check N Go corporate about her.
