Dunkin’ Donuts

The service is very slow. The employees are rude. They are always out of donuts (or they just don’t make them) early in the morning. They don’t always have the advertised drinks or food. Very disappointing for a small town. I contacted the manager to let her know about all the issues and she was very rude and in nicer words called me a liar. Spend your money somewhere else and don’t let these people ruin your day! :)

Super slow service…
There are currently 4 people working behind the counter. One is taking and fulfilling orders from customers who walked into the store. One is taking and fulfilling the drive through orders. The other two workers look like they are working but doesn’t seem to be contributing to helping the continuously growing line inside the store…
Priorities, man… priorities…

Stopped at Dunkin for my morning coffee and ordered an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. After ordering I pulled up to the window where the girl working the window was either a mute or just decided she didn’t want to talk to me. I said hello and then we did the awkward do I take my drink first or hand you my card first shuffle — not a word. Then she handed me my card back and I said «thank you’ — not a word. Then she handed me my order — again I thanked her — not a word. I drove off and got back on the highway. I was about 5 miles away when I reached into the bag and pulled out what I thought was my bagel with cream cheese. It was a breakfast sandwich. It wasn’t a big deal and was actually an «upgrade» from what I had ordered. But I apologize to whoever got my order instead of your breakfast sandwich!!! Your sandwich was delicious though!

Great option if you are looking for a Dunkin and driving on 81 between Scranton and Binghamton. Easy on/​off. Friendly service.
