After visiting about 2 dozen tile and flooring businesses in the Metroplex I visited All American Flooring and found a very attentive and helpful salesman, Zach, he let me take many samples home, we had a tight budget and he worked with me more than any of the other places I went to. Zach had me to go see the quartz slab I was buying which was a good thing to do. Very educational to see the slabs in person, the size, the color, the thickness etc.
The installers were very good, cleaned everything up when they were finished.
I would go back!

If you want to be lied to, ignored and then treated like an idiot AFTER they get your money, then this is the company to use. Maybe because I am a single woman who does not have a man to talk to the company or the installers they believe they can just lie to you and give you the run around when their product and/​or installation is of poor quality. I would NOT recommend this company. I only gave it the one star, because you have to give at least one star to publish a review

AMAZING customer service! All-​American installed a Saltillo floor for us last summer. Everything went smoothly and we got exactly what we wanted at a fair price. Recently (almost a year later) we noticed a small crack forming across a few tiles. I wasn’t sure what caused it or whether it would be covered by our warranty and I was afraid it would be a big hassle to get it fixed… I was completely wrong! After 1 quick phone call I was on their schedule for a repair. The repair was completed quickly, the repair men were on time and professional, and most importantly the repair blends seamlessly with the rest of the floor. I am so impressed! The true test of a business is how they handle problems when they arise-​Abraham and his team knocked it out of the ballpark on this one!

I’ve been waiting to add this review until I could see how my new wood floors would hold up to 2 kids, 2 cats, and a new puppy. In short, excellent! Amazing pricing and high quality service and flooring! Will use again!

I searched each and every flooring business on «flooring row» on Hwy 121… and once I found my flooring and received the quote from All American Flooring my search was over. All the work was done in a professional manner, great quality and can’t be beat pries. Kevin was the greatest!
