Critter Control Waco

I have no idea which Critter Control came to my house. I contacted them because I had something ruining my backyard landscape. Suspect a possum. The guy wasn’t interested in the backyard issue but instead insisted on going into my attic because if I had a rat or mice issue they were the reason I had an issue in my backyard. He did the spew I’ve seen other people write about rat and mice infestation etc in my attic and the price quoted was $ 6000. Took the guy out thru my back door and he requested to go out my front door instead of thru my gate. Oh the quote for a trap (finally) in my backyard was $ 300+ and that was an after thought. I won’t do business with these people it is evident they are complete crooks.

This company is a SCAM! Do Not use them! After they have your money they won’t call you or answer your calls or return them. They charge excessive amounts of money and don’t do what they tell you they will. The treatment doesn’t work and their workers are careless. I still have an infestation problem, they painted my flashings a different color than the rest of that portion of the roof and they left white hand prints all up and down the brick on my house! I haven’t been able to get in touch with them since December of 2014 so I put in a BBB Complaint July 2015 and wouldn’t you know, the very next day I got a call. I will not work with them anymore and do not want them near my home! Seriously, beware of this company.
