I get all my flowers here and I am always pleased. Terrific arrangements and everyone there is very friendly. I also take advantage of free delivery in Hamden and Cheshire.

No pleased at all! Yikes! I received a horrible arrangement from these people. I was so upset that I could hardly talk. First of all, it looked like the flowers were thrown together and some of the flowers were old. Leather Leaf, the green stuff, was missing on half the side. Gaps in most areas. I worked at a florist for 2 years and have taken floral design classes. This arrangement was the worst I’ve ever seen sent by a professional. It looked like a child put it together. I would not recommend using these people. Don’t waste your money with them.

This is a TERRIBLE service!!! Why should we pay for the (possible) not fresh FlOWER, TERRIBLE manner, and DISCRIMINATION !!!
They called me and had me wait for two hours… then No one showed up!!!
When I called, there was a woman answered with this PRIVILEGE tone. the woman was saying «Ohhhh, my father might not understand your English!!!”(The way this old lady talk… is so racist!!!) then she said, «we come tomorrow…» (For anyone who would use the brain to think, knows that FLOWER WILL NOT BE FRESH everyday)
Why should we pay for the (possible) not fresh FlOWER, TERRIBLE manner, and DISCRIMINATION !!!
So, I strongly suggest that DON’T BUY any of the BAD thing from there if you want to make your girlfriend/lover/mom/dad/whoever happy.
