Very clean, prices are good and love the technician named Tu. She is professional, personable and does an amazing pedicure. I’ve been a regular for a few years now. I tried switching based on recommendation but came right back to Tu.

Great, Great, Great place! can not express how great this place is, I have been here about ¾ times and I have gotten gel/​acrylic nail tips. The workers are very friendly. I loved going there when I lived in New Haven. Would love to go back when I am back in the area

They are the biggest rip offs! I have been to many nail salons in the area for a gel manicure. All of these places charge $ 25 for a full manicure and gel polish. This place it is $ 35 for a full manicure and gel polish and for $ 25 all they did was polish my nails. When I questioned them about this, they could not respond to me because they know they are ripping me off. I will NEVER go to this place again.

Went back for a second time today for a fill. Had same exact thing done and it was $ 10.00 more. When I questioned them about it the response was that it was Christmas time. I will not be going back. If they are going to play games with the prices when they feel like it.

Great prices. The girls are good and place is clean. Don’t let the guy touch your toes! He totally cut my toe nails very awkward and too much and too deep! I was quite mad. I’m very particular. But I had shellac by Lee and she did a great job.
I only suggest that they practice frequent hand washing after client contact. Didn’t see any hand washing by employees at all.
Colors are great too.

Great value for the money ($ 40 for mani/​pedi/​eyebrow wax). Surprisingly, this place is decent looking on the inside, considering how cheap they are.
I’ve heard that the guy (owner?) is a bit overzealous, so avoid him and get work done by the ladies.

this place was great. I came in for a pedicure, the wait was about 5 minute. Its very clean, great service. I got the super spa pedi, 35– with nail design 40. It comes w a citrus sugar scrub, followed by a mint-​clay-​mud mask for your legs– then some really nice tingly lotion. the foot massage was wonderful, Ill be going there again. It would have gotten a an other star but when i asked for advise on foot care all she said was put on lotion.

I went here for a pedicure when I moved to Hamden and didn’t really know better. I’d say this was about 8 – 9 months ago.
Either the pedicure technician was totally sidetracked or she was clueless. She used a pumice stone on the wrong parts of my foot. (Think like having a brillo pad rubbed on the top of your hand, compare it to that)
This resulted in scabs and ripped skin on the bottom of my foot. You know, the annoyance of having that skin caught in the carpet while walking through my apartment a few days later. Not pleasant.
I’ll never go back.

This place was great! Great service, everything was clean, and there are lots of colors to choose from. I went for a pedicure, and the price was very reasonable at $ 25. I will definitely come again!
