Very poor customer service. Not helpful! Takes forever to be seen and the woman at the front counter is not professional and does not care about her patients, they only care about getting paid. I had an insurance provider and then a secondary. The woman said I needed to get the secondary one removed from my account or «WE CAN’T GET PAID!» I asked her why she didn’t tell me this weeks ago when they called to confirm my appt, she said that «IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY!» WOW!!! I asked for help on how to get the secondary insurer removed, she did not provide any. I called my insurance company and asked her to speak with them and she said «I DO NOT SPEAK ON CELL PHONES.» She is just weird and did not care that I drove down there and wasted my day. Told me to fix it myself and that it is my problem and she could reschedule me for 6 weeks later!!! She seems like a very unprofessional and unhappy person! THE WORST!

This place is able to do what other Opticare offices can not! Better choice in the area by far!

I’ve been going to Opticare for a few years now. I see Dr. Blake and he is wonderful. He is always friendly and helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. I tend to have some issues with my contacts and he is always willing to fit me in.
The staff is ok. Not overly friendly and there is always someone different at the desk everytime I go in there. I like the receptionist named Mari though. She’s friendly.
