Sunkissed Airbrush Tanning

I first came to the salon to try it out before my engagement pictures. Everything went fine the first time, it seemed like a good spray tan (I never had one before) so I booked my appointment for before my engagement pictures with the girl before I left the salon that same day. She confirmed their availability and we scheduled 1245.
The day of my appointment, no one was there. I had a confirmation email with the time, the same time was listed on my login on their website, and no one was there. I don’t trust going to someone I haven’t tried before with something like this before an expensive photo shoot and didn’t have time to reschedule because I hadn’t guessed I would have to, so now I’m out of luck.
I put a post on Instagram and heard from them a few hours later. I didn’t get much of an explanation except something was listed in their system differently, it didn’t make sense and they didn’t offer much as an apology. She also mentioned she would have the manager contact me and I have yet to hear from that person (same business day but I would consider this important as a manager).
In the end, I will never return and don’t recommend you do either. The experience was quite unprofessional and disappointing.
